Online registration for the City of Pierre’s summer recreation programming opens on April 24, 2023

Pierre, S.D. – According to the city officials, the registration opens at  6 a.m. and it can be completed online.

City officials also announced that programs will be offered in four two-week sessions with additional one-day activities held on Fridays.

The first session begins Monday, June 5. The final session runs through the end of July. 

This year’s summer recreation line-up has more than 30 programs including activities for children ages three through 16.

Approximately 400 kids participated in city summer recreation activities last year.
