Rapid City, S.D. – According to the statement, the Easter Egg Hunt will take place from 1:00PM – 2:00PM at the South Dakota State Capitol.
Though the event has traditionally been hosted at the Governor’s Residence, the inclement weather this week has caused the conditions at the Governor’s Residence to be unsuitable for the Easter Egg Hunt.
Children up to age 12 are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt.
Lieutenant Governor Larry Rhoden is looking forward to hosting the event and encourages kids to come meet the Easter Bunny, hunt for Easter eggs, and celebrate the holiday with friends and family.
