Man accused of fatal hit-run in Rapid City pleads not guilty

A Rapid City man accused in the hit-and-run accident that killed a Rapid City father-of-five pleads not guilty in court Friday morning. Zachary Fegueroa, 25, of Rapid City is accused of hitting and killing 34-year-old Joseph Martinez with his car at the intersection of East Boulevard and East North Street in early December.
